Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Bring your receipt or order confirmation to the salon, or contact us to arrange a mail-in return.

Opened hair colour, styling products, or nail products can't be returned for hygiene reasons — but if a formula isn't right for you, talk to your stylist at your next visit and we'll help you find a better match.

Tools and appliances with a manufacturer defect are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; we'll help you start that process.
